Shrimp Mayonnaise


  • Shrimp (peeled) 5pcs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Potato starch 20g
  • Lettuce 3pcs
  • Sakura mayonnaise 60g
  • Condensed milk 20g
  • Water 20g


How to make

1. Season the shrimp using salt & pepper beforehand, then coat with starch and fry using vegetable oil

2. Mix sakura mayonnaise with condensed milk and water (using ratio of mayonnaise : milk : water = 6:2:2)

3. Coat shrimp with the mayonnaise mix

4. Arrange lettuce on the plate, then add the shrimp on top of it
