Ingredients
- Rice 150g
- Honey mustard mayonnaise 25g
- Cucumber
- Broccoli
- Carrot (diced)
- Cauliflower
- Chicken katsu 70g
How to make
1. Fry the chicken katsu using oil, then slice the chicken katsu into a few slices
2. Boil broccoli, diced carrot and cauliflower, then separately slice the cucumber into a few slices
3. Arrange the rice to the bowl, then add the chicken katsu on top of it
4. Next, arrange the vegetables, and pour the Honey mustard mayonnaise all-over the chicken katsu
5. Chicken katsu bowl is ready to be served
