  • White sauce 500g
  • Corn 50g
  • Flour
  • Liquid whole egg
  • Bread crumbs

How to make

1. Thaw white sauce beforehand, then mix it with corn. Mix it also with flour to control the viscosity

2. Mold step no.1 then coat it with flour, liquid whole egg, then bread crumbs

3. Quick-freeze the dough, then fill it, then freeze it again

4. Fry the dough at 180℃ while it’s still frozen
