Ingredients
- Udon 200g
- Gochujang 30g
- Hot water 30g
- Chicken (minced) 30g
- Ontama 1pc
- Leek (diagonal cut) 10g
- Baked seaweed (thin slice) 5g
- Bonito flour 3g
How to make
1. Boil the udon noodle, then arrange it to the bowl
2. Stir-fry minced chicken, then mix it with gochujang (mix gochujang with water beforehand, with ratio of 1:1)
3. Crack open the ontama on the center of the noodle
4. Add the four toppings; chicken mixed with gochujang, leek, baked seaweed, and bonito flour
