Quail Egg Skewer

Bahan – bahan

  • Telur puyuh 150 gram
  • Saus Demi-glace 50g
  • Bawang (iris)
  • Lada hitam (bubuk)
  • Daun salam

Cara membuat

1. Rebus telur puyuh, lalu kupas kulit telurnya setelahnya

2. Tumis beberapa bawang bombay hingga matang, lalu tambahkan saus demi glace dan sedikit daun salam, aduk rata

3. Tambahkan telur puyuh, masak dengan api kecil hingga saus meresap ke dalam telur

4. Tusuk telur puyuh menggunakan tusuk sate (tiga butir telur puyuh per tusuk sate)

5. Tusuk sate telur puyuh siap dihidangkan

Ingredients

  • Quail egg 150g
  • Demi-glace sauce 50g
  • Onion (slice)
  • Black pepper (powder)
  • Bay leaves

How to make

1. Boil the quail eggs, then peel the egg shells afterwards

2. Sautee some onions until it’s cooked, then add demi-glace sauce and some bay leaves, stir it

3. Add quail eggs, and cook it using low heat until the sauce has seeped into the egg

4. Skew the quail eggs using skewer (three quail eggs per skewer)

5. Quail egg skewers is ready to be served
