Ingredients
- Enoki mushroom 150g
- Flour 50g
- Honey mustard mayonnaise 30g
- Water 20g
How to make
1. Prepare the flour mix by mixing 20g of flour with 20g cold water. Mix it well and make sure there are no air bubbles
2. Coat enoki mushroom using the flour mix, then coat it again with dry flour
3. Deep fry the enoki mushroom until it is turned brownish
4. Serve crispy enoki with honey mustard mayonnaise as a dipping sauce
