  • Dory fish
  • Unagi kabayaki tare 200g
  • Water 100g
  • Leek (cut diagonally)

  How to make

1. Prepare the fish and slice it it accordingly

2. Mix unagi kabayaki tare with water

3. Add fish to step no.2, then turn on the heat

4. Close the lid, then stew it on medium heat

5. Arrange the fish to the plate, then add some leek as topping
