- Rice 150g
- Mentaiko sauce 8g
- Nori (seaweed) 3pcs
How to make
1. Make a rice ball using 50g of rice, then fill the rice ball with mentaiko sauce on the inner center part
2. If you want to ensure the shape is nice and clean, you can then place the rice ball to onigiri shape mold
3. After you have reached your designated shape, wrap it with nori seaweed to finish the dish
4. Mentaiko Onigiri is ready to be served
