Shrimp Mayonnaise

Ingredients

Peeled shrimp 5pcs

Omayo Sakura mayonnaise 60g

Salt & pepper

Potato starch

Lettuce

Condensed milk 20g

Water 20g

How To Make

1. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, then coat it with starch
2. Fry the coated shrimp with oil, then separately mix Omayo Sakura mayonnaise with condensed milk
and water (ratio mayonnaise : milk : water = 6 : 2 : 2) nicely
3. Coat the fried shrimp with mayonnaise mixture
4. Arrange lettuce on the plate, then serve the shrimp on top of it
5. Shrimp mayonnaise is ready to be served
