Mapo Tahu


  • Beef (minced) 100g
  • Vegetable oil
  • Gochujang 80g
  • Water 80g
  • Tofu (diced, 10mm) 200g
  • Leek (sliced)


How to make

1. Mix Gochujang with water using ratio of 1:1

2. Stir-fry minced beef bit by bit, then add gochujang that is already mixed with water

3. Add diced tofu, then wait until the tofu is nicely boiled

4. Add some leek as topping, then pour it on top of the rice
