Ingredients

  • Fish (paste type)
  • Seasoning
  • Starch
  • Banana leaf
  • Sweet chilli sauce 50g

 

How to make

1. Prepare the fish paste, then mix it with some seasoning and starch

2. Mold the fish paste into one-bite size, then wrap it with banana leaf

3. Grill with charcoal fire accordingly

4. Serve the dish with sweet chilli sauce as dipping
