Ingredients

a. Beef 150g
b. Champignon
mushroom 50g
c. Demi-glace sauce
60g
d. Onion 30g
e. Sour cream 20g
f. Parsley

How to make

1. Slice the beef into thin cuts. Then separately sautee onion and mushroom
2. Add sliced beed and demi-glace sauce, sautee the dish again lightly
3. Arrange the dish to the plate, then add sour cream and parsley on top, all-over the dish
4. Beef stroganoff is ready to be served
