Spicy Buldak Fried Chicken

Ingredients

500 grams chicken
3 tablespoons omayo buldak sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 egg
5 tablespoons flour
Oil to taste

How To Make

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Wash the chicken thoroughly, then marinate it with garlic, salt, pepper, and a little buldak sauce. Let it sit for a few minutes.
  3. Dream the chicken in the egg mixture, then coat it evenly with the flour mixture.
  4. Heat the oil and fry the chicken until cooked through and crispy, then drain.
  5. Heat a little Omayo buldak sauce in a frying pan, add the fried chicken, and stir until evenly coated.
  6. Remove and serve on a plate, garnished with sesame seeds and spring onions to taste.
