500 grams chicken
3 tablespoons omayo buldak sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 egg
5 tablespoons flour

How To Make
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Wash the chicken thoroughly, then marinate it with garlic, salt, pepper, and a little buldak sauce. Let it sit for a few minutes.
- Dream the chicken in the egg mixture, then coat it evenly with the flour mixture.
- Heat the oil and fry the chicken until cooked through and crispy, then drain.
- Heat a little Omayo buldak sauce in a frying pan, add the fried chicken, and stir until evenly coated.
- Remove and serve on a plate, garnished with sesame seeds and spring onions to taste.
