Ingredients
- Lamb meat (10mm cut) 200g
- Salt
- Omayo Barbeque sauce 50g
How to make
1. Cut lamb meat to 10mm size, then skew it using the skewer. Sprinkle some salt and let it sit for a while
2. Grill the lamb skewers using charcoal fire
3. Just before it is done, smear and coat the skewers with barbeque sauce
4. Lightly grill again, then serve the dish
