Caesar Salad

The classic caesar salad with a Japanese twist. Experience the perfect combination between caesar dressing’s rich cheddar taste with the authentic Japanese ontama egg (Japanese style half boiled egg)



  • Lettuce 100g
  • Beef bacon (sliced) 20g
  • Parmesan cheese (powder) 30g
  • Croutons
  • Cherry tomato (half-cut) 2pcs
  • Ontama 1pc
  • Caesar dressing 30g


How to make

1. Wash the lettuce and peel it gently

2. Slice the beef bacon then stir-fry it lightly

3. Grate the parmesan cheese accordingly

4. Arrange the lettuce on to the plate, then arrange bacon, crouton, and cherry tomato on top of the lettuce. Add ontama egg on top as the topping

5. Pour caesar dressing all over the salad

6. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese as the final step
