Beef Burritos

Ingredients

  • Omayo Blackpepper Sauce — 20 g
  • Sliced beef — 80 g
  • Omayo Garlic Butter Sauce — 25 g
  • Rice — 75 g
  • Tortilla — 2 pcs
  • Lettuce — 30 g
  • Red bell pepper — 30 g
  • Yellow bell pepper — 30 g
  • Mozzarella cheese — 30 g

How to Make

  1. Marinate the sliced beef with Omayo Blackpepper Sauce for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large pan, then sauté the beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare warm rice and mix it with Omayo Garlic Butter Sauce until evenly combined.
  4. Warm the tortilla in a pan, then place it on a flat surface. Add the rice at the bottom, followed by the beef, bell peppers, mozzarella cheese, and lettuce.
  5. Roll it like a burrito. Grill on a pan over medium heat for 2 minutes, or bake in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, serve immediately.
