Ingredients

Sumedang Tofu 5pcs

Water 10g

Omayo Buldak Sauce 100g

Minced Chicken 200g

Minced Onions 20g

Garlic 10g

Sesame Oil 5g

Mushrooms 50g

Flour 100g

How To Make

1. Fry Sumedang-style tofu while sautéing the shallots and garlic separately, then add the minced chicken and mushrooms.
2. Mix the Omayo Buldak Sauce with a little sesame oil.
3. Cook the sauce over low heat for 5 minutes.
4. Fill the tofu, then coat it with flour.
5. Fry the tofu until it turns golden brown.
6. The stuffed tofu is ready to serve.
