Crispy Chicken with Gochujang

Ingredients

  • Chicken 120g
  • Flour 30g
  • Gochujang 50g
  • French fries 50g
  • Water 50g
  • Carrot 20g
  • Cabbage 20g
  • Lettuce 20g
  • Salted egg sauce 20g
  • Sakura mayo 10g
  • Egg white 40g

How to make

1. Coat chicken with egg white, then coat it with flour, repeat a few times
2. Preheat the oil until it reached 170 degree celcius, then fry the chicken for about 6 minutes
3. Prepare the salad by; chopping carriot and cabbage, then mix it with sakura mayonnaise
4. Separately, deep fry french fries while preheating salted egg sauce at the same time. Once
both ingredients are ready, mix french fries with salted egg sauce
5. Prepare gochujang by mixing it with water using ratio of 1 : 1, after that heat the sauce, and
coat it all over the crispy chicken
6. Serve the crispy chicken with salad, and french fries.
