Juicy lamb skewers with a smoky grilled aroma, glazed with rich BBQ sauce

Lamb Skewer

Ingredients

Lamb meat (10mm cut) 200g

Salt

Omayo Barbeque sauce 50g

How To Make

1. Cut lamb meat to 10mm size, then skew it using the skewer. Sprinkle some salt and let it sit for a while

2. Grill the lamb skewers using charcoal fire

3. Just before it is done, smear and coat the skewers with Omayo Barbeque Sauce

4. Lightly grill again, then serve the dish
