Ingredients

Tora Duo Scallop 5 pcs

Cooking oil

Rice 100 g

Omayo Sweet chili sauce 20 g

Lettuce 20 g

Carrot, thinly sliced 20 g

How To Make

1. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the Tora Duo until golden brown. Remove and drain.

2. Prepare the rice in a bowl, place the fried Tora Duo on top, then drizzle with Omayo Sweet Chili. Serve with lettuce and sliced carrots as garnish.
