Delicious Omayo Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
Extra virgin olive oil (as needed)
Salt (as needed)
Ground black pepper (as needed)
Omayo Barbeque Sauce 250 g

How To Make

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat (±230°C).
  2. Brush the chicken breasts with extra virgin olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Grill for 5–6 minutes until the bottom is cooked and releases easily. Flip and grill for another 4–5 minutes until evenly cooked.
  4. Coat the chicken with Omayo Barbeque Sauce, then grill for about 2 minutes on each side until slightly caramelized.
  5. Remove from the grill, wrap in aluminum foil, and let it rest for about 5 minutes to retain juices.
  6. Serve warm with additional Omayo Barbeque Sauce as desired.
