Bolsis 60 g

Omayo Barbecue Sauce 30 g

How To Make

  1. Fry the Bolsis
    Deep-fry in hot oil (±170°C) for about 3 minutes until cooked. Remove and drain.
  2. Coat with Omayo BBQ Sauce
    Evenly coat the bolsis with Omayo BBQ Sauce.
  3. Caramelization Process
    Use a blow torch to caramelize the sauce until it develops a smoky aroma.
  4. Serving
    Skewer the bolsis and serve warm.
