How To Make
- Fry the Bolsis
Deep-fry in hot oil (±170°C) for about 3 minutes until cooked. Remove and drain. - Coat with Omayo BBQ Sauce
Evenly coat the bolsis with Omayo BBQ Sauce. - Caramelization Process
Use a blow torch to caramelize the sauce until it develops a smoky aroma. - Serving
Skewer the bolsis and serve warm.
