Beef Tenderloin with Omayo Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

350g tenderloin, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced ​​lengthwise
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
2 red chilies, sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
150ml water
Shiitake mushrooms to taste
100g broccoli, parboiled
Omayo Oyster Sauce
2 tablespoons oil, for sautéing

How To Make

  1. Sauté the onion, garlic, and chilies until fragrant.
  2. Add the beef, sweet soy sauce, Omayo Oyster Sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir well, then add the water and broccoli. Cook until the beef is cooked through and the spices are absorbed. Serve with rice in a bowl. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
