Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
Extra virgin olive oil (as needed)
Salt (as needed)
Ground black pepper (as needed)
Omayo Barbeque Sauce 250 g
How To Make
- Preheat the grill to high heat (±230°C).
- Brush the chicken breasts with extra virgin olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper.
- Grill for 5–6 minutes until the bottom is cooked and releases easily. Flip and grill for another 4–5 minutes until evenly cooked.
- Coat the chicken with Omayo Barbeque Sauce, then grill for about 2 minutes on each side until slightly caramelized.
- Remove from the grill, wrap in aluminum foil, and let it rest for about 5 minutes to retain juices.
- Serve warm with additional Omayo Barbeque Sauce as desired.
