Chicken and Chili Stir-Fry

Ingredients

Chicken (thigh) 300g
Vegetable oil
Red paprika (diced) 30g
Green paprika (diced) 30g
Chilli (diagonal slice) 20g
Unagi kabayaki tare 100g
Roasted sesame

 

How to make

1. Stir-fry chicken using vegetable oil

2. Add red paprika, green paprika, and chilli then stir-fry it again

3. Pour unagi kabayaki sauce all over the dish, then mix it accordingly

4. Arrange the dish to the plate, and sprinkle some roasted sesame on top of the dish
