Toriten Udon

 Ingredients

  • Udon 150g
  • Tartar sauce 30g
  • Chicken 100g
  • Tempura flour 50g
  • Water 20g
  • Dashi stock 250g
  • Boiled egg (diced)
  • Lemon slice 1pc
  • Spring onion 10g

 

How to make

1. Boil the udon noodle using hot water

2. Separately, slice the chicken breast mean into bite-size, coat it with tempura flour, then fry it

3. Mix tartar sauce with diced boiled egg then mix it well

4. Arrange the udon noodle to a bowl, add some dashi stock

5. Add chicken tempura, tartar sauce, spring onion and lemon slice on top of the udon noodle

6. Toriten udon is ready to be served
