Tahu Isi

 Ingredients

  • Sumedang-style tofu 5pcs
  • Water 10g
  • Gochujang 100g
  • Minced chicken 200g
  • Minced onion 20g
  • Garlic 10g
  • Sesame oil 5g
  • Mushroom 50g
  • Flour 100g

 

How to make

1. Fry sumedang-style tofu while separately sautee some onion and garlic, then add minced chicken and mushroom

2. Mix gochujang with 10g of water then add some sesame oil

3. Cook step no.2 using low heat for 5 minutes

4. Fill the tofu, then coat it with flour

5. Fry the tofu until the color turned brown-ish

6. Tahu isi is ready to be served
