Sushi Donut

 Ingredients

  • Rice 100g
  • Sushi vinegar 11g
  • Salmon 50g
  • Cucumber 35g
  • Black sesame seed 1g
  • Nori (seaweed) 1pc
  • Sakura mayonnaise 10g

 

How to make

1. Prepare the sushi rice by mixing rice with sushi vinegar

2. Shape the sushi rice into donut shape, then add salmon and cucumber slices as the topping

3. Spread sakura mayonnaise all-over using zig-zag pattern, then sprinkle some black sesame seed all-over the dish

4. Plate the sushi donut on top of the seaweed sheet

5. Sushi donut is ready to be served
