Spicy Kama-Dama Mix Udon

 Ingredients

  • Udon 200g
  • Gochujang 30g
  • Hot water 30g
  • Chicken (minced) 30g
  • Ontama 1pc
  • Leek (diagonal cut) 10g
  • Baked seaweed (thin slice) 5g
  • Bonito flour 3g

 

How to make

1. Boil the udon noodle, then arrange it to the bowl

2. Stir-fry minced chicken, then mix it with gochujang (mix gochujang with water beforehand, with ratio of 1:1)

3. Crack open the ontama on the center of the noodle

4. Add the four toppings; chicken mixed with gochujang, leek, baked seaweed, and bonito flour

* Suggested eating method : mix all the ingredients before eating the dish
