Satsuma age is a Japanese local delicacy made using liquid egg white. The name Satsuma-age derived from a place called "Satsuma" in Japan and "age" means fries

 

Ingredients

  • Liquid egg white
  • Fish surimi
  • Seasoning

 

How to make

1. Thaw the liquid egg white

2. Mix liquid egg white with fish surimi, then add some seasoning accordingly

3. Mold the dough

4. Fry the dough accordingly

5. Freeze and pack the satsuma age
