Quail Egg Skewers

 Ingredients

  • Quail egg 150g
  • Demi-glace sauce 50g
  • Onion (slice)
  • Black pepper (powder)
  • Bay leaves

 

How to make

1. Boil the quail eggs, then peel the egg shells afterwards

2. Sautee some onions until it's cooked, then add demi-glace sauce and some bay leaves, stir it

3. Add quail eggs, and cook it using low heat until the sauce has seeped into the egg

4. Skew the quail eggs using skewer (three quail eggs per skewer)

5. Quail egg skewers is ready to be served
