Mentaiko Pasta

 Ingredients

  • Spaghetti 150g
  • Nori (seaweed) 5g
  • Mentaiko sauce 70g
  • Olive oil 10g

 

How to make

1. Start the preparation by boiling the spaghetti, then drain and blanch it using olive oil

2. Arrange the spaghetti to the plate, then add mentaiko saice and sliced nori on top of the dish

3. Mentaiko pasta is ready to be served
