Egg Soup

Ingredients

  • Chinese soup base (granulated) 10g
  • Hot water 100g
  • Mushroom (sliced)
  • Leek (sliced)
  • Carrot (sliced)
  • Chawanmushi moto 50g

 

How to make

1. Mix soup base with hot water

2. Add some sliced mushroom and carrot, then boil the soup

3. Preheat chawanmushi moto, then add it to the soup. Lower the heat after the egg soup is a bit hardened

4. Transfer the soup to the bowl, then add leek as topping
