Doria Curry

Curry sauce with the taste of authentic Japanese curry. Easy to make, just by heating it. Limitless possibility of menu

 

Ingredients

  • Cooked rice 150g
  • Curry sauce 100g
  • Onion (minced) 10g
  • Carrot (minced) 10g
  • Chicken (minced) 30g
  • Boiled egg (sliced) 3 slices
  • Cheese sauce 20g
  • Parsley

 

How to make

1. Put the rice on the doria plate

2. Mix the pre-heated curry sauce with the lightly stir-fried chicken, onion, and carrot

3. Arrange no.2 on top of the cooked rice

4. Add boiled egg as topping

5. Pour cheese sauce all over

6. Put it in the oven at 230℃ for 10 minutes

7. Add parsley as topping
